names.funmagi.com is run by TanLabs Studio. Reading name meanings needs no account, and we use no advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

What we process

Name posters: the poster is drawn in your own browser. To sell you a poster we send only the name, its meaning/origin text and the style you picked to our server, so we can unlock the high-resolution download after payment. We do not ask for photos or dates of birth, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
Payments: handled by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake. They process your card details and email; we never see your card number. We keep the order reference, the poster details above and the payment status for our accounting.
Visit counting: We count visits with our own cookie-free, first-party analytics (page, referring site, screen width, language); your IP address is only used to compute a visitor code that changes daily and is not stored.
Server logs: our host keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security, deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to see or delete the data linked to your order at any time (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA). Email tanlabs@mail.grokbot.com with your order reference and we will answer within 30 days.
